TRUSTEE/BOARD MEMBER – ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 10 hours/month commitment
- Active participation in board meetings and trainings
- Deep alignment with our mission and values — this isn’t just a role, it’s a shared purpose
- Understanding of charity governance, procedures, and ethical guidelines
- Ability to self-manage in a volunteer-led environment
- Passion for equity, inclusion, and working with underrepresented communities
- High level of personal motivation and accountability
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in leadership, safeguarding, finance, or organisational development
- Prior involvement in community work or LGBTIQ+ advocacy
- Experience in fundraising

EVENT VOLUNTEER – ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Our volunteers are the friendly face of our groups. They help set up a welcoming environment, assist the safeguarding officer and group host, offer support to attendees, and contribute to the smooth running of each session. The role is flexible—you can choose which groups or events you’d like to support.
