Confidentiality: What is said in the group stays in the group.

Respect personal boundaries: Don’t touch people or their belongings without asking first.

Respect All Identities: Everyone should be open and respectful to other people’s identities. Diversity is our strength!

Pronouns Matter: Do your best to use everyone’s correct pronouns. It’s a small effort that makes a big difference.

Bring Snacks: Everyone is encouraged to bring food or snacks to share. No judgment if you can’t – just bring your fabulous self!

Listen and Support: Everyone should listen to each other and be supportive. We’re here to lift each other up!

Keep others safe: No direct medical advice or mental health advice. Keep discussions on alcohol within limits and maintain boundaries around such discussions. Use common sense when discussing sensitive subjects – be mindful, you don’t know other’s experiences.

Taking photos: Photos are allowed during sessions, but always ask for verbal consent before taking pictures. Be respectful of those who prefer not to be photographed—no surprise snaps.

Approval Required for Personal Promotions Members may not promote personal products, services, or events during group sessions unless the idea has been openly discussed and approved by the Board beforehand.
